Day 1: Sunday, October 19, 2025 – Arrival in Cabo San Lucas
Arrival: Guests will be greeted at Los Cabos International Airport by a private chauffeur for seamless transfers to the resort.
Welcome: Check into Dreams Los Cabos Golf Resort & Spa and enjoy a refreshing welcome cocktail.
Day 2: Monday, October 20, 2025 – Free Day & Meet & Greet Dinner
Enjoy a leisurely day at the resort, relaxing by the pool, indulging in spa treatments, or exploring the local area.
Evening: Join the group for a Meet & Greet Dinner, featuring a curated menu in a private setting.
Day 3: Tuesday, October 21, 2025 – Group Excursion
Choose between:
- A Catamaran Cruise with snorkeling, refreshments, and stunning ocean views.
or
- A Cultural City Tour of Cabo San Lucas, including iconic landmarks and local shops.
Day 4: Wednesday, October 22, 2025 – Free Morning & Birthday Celebration
Morning: Relax or explore at your leisure.
Evening: Celebrate Anastasia’s 65th birthday with a Private Dinner Celebration, complete with champagne toasts, live entertainment, and a stunning sunset backdrop.
Day 5: Thursday, October 23, 2025 – Free Day
Spend the day as you please, enjoying the resort or optional activities

Day 6: Friday, October 24, 2025 – Departure or Extended Stay
Option 1: Depart for the U.S., concluding a beautiful celebration.

Option 2: Guests staying for the extended package can enjoy additional leisure time.
Day 7-8: Saturday & Sunday, October 25-26, 2025 (for Option 2)
Enjoy two more free days at the resort, soaking up the beauty of Cabo.

Invoice and Vendor Payment Policy
Please note that my agreements and contracts with vendors (hotels, tour operators, transport providers, etc.) are handled directly through Donaldson Luxury Travel. As part of this, I charge wholesale prices to my clients, which allows me to offer competitive rates for your customized travel packages.
I do not provide itemized invoices or a breakdown of what was paid to each vendor. Clients are provided with a total package cost, which includes all components of the trip. It is important that clients fully understand and agree to this policy before moving forward with the trip planning process.
For group trips where clients are inviting guests, it is the responsibility of the primary client to inform their guests that detailed invoices or receipts will not be provided by Donaldson Luxury Travel. This ensures that all parties are aware of the pricing structure and policies in advance.
