DLT Trip Planning & Full-Service Travel Management
From the moment you become a DLT client until you return home, you are not navigating your journey alone.
Your $500 professional service fee provides you with two dedicated DLT travel consultants who help manage your experience from beginning to end. We handle the planning, coordination, communication, and behind-the-scenes details so you can focus on enjoying your journey.

Please Note
The $500 professional service fee covers DLT’s planning, coordination, trip management, and ongoing client support. It does not include accommodations, airfare, transportation, tours, activities, travel insurance, or other travel-related purchases. Custom trip websites are optional and priced separately.
Group Registration & Website Options
Every DLT group will receive a professional way for guests to review the trip information and register.
Once your trip has been designed and approved, DLT will prepare your trip proposal and guest registration experience.
DLT REGISTRATION PAGE — INCLUDED
If you do not need a dedicated trip website, your guests can register through a simple DLT Registration Page at no additional cost.
Guests will receive the approved trip information and a link to register. The registration page will collect the information DLT needs to manage their reservation, including traveler information, package or room selection when applicable, and acknowledgement of important trip details and policies.
This option provides everything needed to professionally register and manage your travelers without creating a separate trip website.
