Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy Summary A non-refundable $500 per person fee applies to all international group trips. This amount is non-refundable and non-transferable, whether paid as a single deposit or through multiple payments. After the initial $500 threshold has been reached, cancellation penalties are based on the total trip cost: • More than 9 months before departure – 50% retained • 9 to 6 months before departure – 70% retained • 6 to 3 months before departure – 85% retained • Within 90 days of departure – 100% retained Reservations are non-transferable. All payments are subject to contractual supplier obligations and negotiated group space. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

A $100 enrollment deposit per person secures your space during the enrollment window (March 1 – April 30). This deposit is applied toward your total trip cost.
All balances must be paid in full no later than November 2027.
Guests may choose between:

Option 2 – Structured Installment Plan
