Non-Refundable Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of $300 per person applies to all cancellations, regardless of the cancellation date.
April 8 - May 8, 2025 (90 to 60 days before arrival): 50% of the full payment will be retained (non-transferable).
May 9 - June 8, 2025 (59 to 30 days before arrival): 85% of the full payment will be retained (non-transferable).
June 9 - July 8, 2025 (29 days to 1 day before arrival): 100% of the full payment will be retained (non-transferable).
