Initial Deposit:

Monthly Payments:
Divided into 9 equal payments (12/15/25 – 8/15/26)
Visa Requirements
U.S. Citizens
A tourist visa is not required for stays of up to 30 days in both Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and the Maldives.
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date and contain at least two blank pages for entry stamps.
Damaged or torn passports may be denied boarding or entry—please check your passport condition well in advance.
Upon arrival, travelers will complete a standard immigration and customs form.
Proof of return travel, confirmed accommodations, and sufficient funds may be requested at the port of entry.
Dubai Entry Details
U.S. travelers receive a free visa on arrival valid for 30 days.
You may be asked to show your hotel confirmation and onward ticket before entry is stamped.
Customs regulations are strict; avoid carrying items that could be deemed offensive or prohibited under UAE law (e.g., controlled medications, e-cigarettes containing nicotine, or explicit materials)
Maldives Entry Details
U.S. travelers are issued a free 30-day visa on arrival.
You must present your hotel booking confirmation, return flight details, and proof of sufficient funds for your stay.
Health Declaration
All travelers must complete the Maldives Traveller Declaration Form online within 96 hours prior to arrival at https://imuga.immigration.gov.mv.
Yellow fever vaccination is required only if arriving from a yellow fever–risk country.

180 to 120 days before arrival (March 24, 2026 - May 23, 2026):
50% of the full payment will be retained (non-transferable).
119 to 60 days before arrival (May 24, 2026 - July 22, 2026):
85% payment will be retained (non-transferable).
59 days to 1 day before arrival (July 23, 2026 - September 19, 2026):
100% of the full payment will be retained (non-transferable).
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to
info@donaldsonluxurytravel.com, including your full name, trip name, and travel date.
