Trip Cancellation Policy
To create an unforgettable experience, we must plan meticulously with our local vendors, who have set forth specific deadlines and policies regarding cancellations. Below, you will find the details of our cancellation policy. Trip Cancellation Policy - *Non-Refundable Amount:* $300 Â - This amount will be retained upon cancellation at any time. - *Cancellation between 179 and 120 days before arrival (November 4, 2024 - January 2, 2025):* Â - 50% of the full payment will be retained (Non-Transferable). - *Cancellation between 119 and 31 days before arrival (January 3, 2025 - March 31, 2025):* Â - 85% of the full payment will be retained (Non-Transferable). - *Cancellation within 30 days to 1 day before arrival (April 1, 2025 - April 30, 2025):* Â - 100% of the full payment will be retained (Non-Transferable). Whether or not you've opted for trip insurance through us, we emphasize the importance of this protection. We encourage each traveler to carefully examine the details and secure a policy that suits their specific needs. In the past, we have successfully collaborated with reputable companies such as Allianz Travel Insurance (Trip protection insurance) and GeoBlue Travel Insurance (Trip Medical Insurance). Important Travel Information
Flight Arrangements International flights are not included. Once the group is confirmed, I will assist with arranging flights. Our target is to secure flights by November 2025. Estimated costs for flights from JFK range from $794 to $1,345, with a flight duration of approximately 11 hours, depending on non-stop options. Visa and Passport Requirements - US Citizens:No visa required. -US Green Card Holders: An eVisa is required. I will assist with this process, which is straightforward and typically completed within a few hours. - Passport Validity: Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your planned departure date.
