Payment Options – Designed for Ease & Flexibility
We understand everyone prefers to pay differently, so we’ve created simple, flexible payment
options to make this experience stress-free from start to finish.
Guests may choose one of two payment methods below.
Option A: Monthly Payment Plan
This option allows you to spread your trip cost into manageable monthly payments from May 1,
2026 through February 1, 2027.
$100 deposit due: April 1, 2026 (to reserve your space)
Remaining balance ($2380) is divided into 10 equal monthly payments from May 1, 2026
to February 1, 2027 (final payment)
Additional flexibility:
Payments may be submitted manually each month, or
You may set up a recurring automatic payment, so you never have to worry about
reminders or due dates.
Donaldson Luxury Travel will gladly assist with setting up recurring payments if desired.
This option is ideal for guests who prefer a set monthly amount and a smooth, consistent plan.
Option B: Percentage (Milestone) Payment Plan
This option allows you to make fewer payments through structured milestone dates.
$100 deposit due: April 1, 2026
Remaining balance paid as:
• July 1, 2026 – $714
• October 1, 2026 – $714
• February 1, 2027 – $952
This option is ideal for guests who prefer to:

A Note on Payment Setup
Once your deposit is received and your reservation is confirmed:
You will receive a personalized payment schedule
You may change payment methods (monthly vs milestone) if needed, as long as the new plan still meets the final due date

Cancellation Information
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@donaldsonluxurytravel.com.
If no confirmation is received within 48 hours, please call (856) 343-0126.
Verbal or text cancellations will not be accepted.
The first $500 per person paid toward the total trip cost is non-refundable and non- transferable under any circumstance.
This amount applies whether paid as a single deposit or accumulated through multiple payments.
After the initial $500 threshold has been reached, cancellation penalties apply based on the total trip cost:
More than 9 months before departure – 50% retained
9 to 6 months before departure – 70% retained
6 to 3 months before departure – 85% retained
Within 90 days of departure – 100% retained
Reservations are non-transferable.
