Because guests may arrive at different times, transportation will be arranged according to submitted flight schedules and operational grouping.

Donaldson Luxury Travel will manage the group reservation process, payment tracking, airport-transfer coordination, trip communications, general travel guidance, guest questions, and optional excursion information. The goal is to make the journey organized, transparent, and as stress-free as possible for every guest.

Your tropical escape begins today. As guests arrive at Cancún International Airport, the private transportation team will welcome them and provide transportation to the resort according to the flight details submitted before travel
After check-in, settle into your suite, enjoy your first tropical cocktail, explore the resort’s lush grounds, unwind by the pool, or stroll along the Caribbean shoreline. This evening remains intentionally unstructured, giving early arrivals time to relax, reconnect, enjoy dinner at leisure, and ease into the destination at their own pace
Friday, September 3, 2027 | The Welcome Celebration
Today is all about connection, anticipation, and officially beginning an unforgettable wedding weekend. Spend the morning and afternoon enjoying the resort—float in the sparkling pools, indulge in gourmet cuisine, relax beneath a palm tree, visit the beach, or enjoy a leisurely afternoon with family and friends

This gathering is the first moment when the couple’s loved ones come together as one community before the wedding day. Family and friends will gather for the wedding ceremony, followed by a cocktail hour and reception filled with heartfelt toasts, a delicious dinner, music, dancing, and unforgettable moments beneath the Caribbean sky. Detailed timing, venue information, and attire guidance will be shared closer to the wedding date
Sunday, September 5, 2027 | Celebrate with the Newlyweds
The celebration continues. After an unforgettable wedding day, join the newlyweds for a relaxed and joyful poolside gathering. This is the perfect opportunity to share stories from the wedding, laugh together, enjoy music and tropical cocktails, and spend quality time in the sunshine without a formal schedule
The remainder of the day is yours. Continue the fun by the pool, spend time on the beach, reserve a spa treatment, enjoy resort activities, or gather for sunset cocktails. Sometimes the sweetest memories are made after the wedding, when everyone can simply relax and enjoy being together
Monday, September 6, 2027 | Your Paradise, Your Way
Today is yours to design. Sleep in, enjoy a leisurely breakfast, spend another day beside the pool, or explore the beauty and excitement of the Riviera Maya through one of the optional experiences offered to registered guests
Potential experiences may include catamaran sailing, snorkeling, cenote exploration, ATV adventures, cultural touring, shopping, spa services, or a private photography experience. Excursions are optional, priced separately, and subject to availability. Final options, details, and booking instructions will be released after registration
Tuesday, September 7, 2027 | Until We Meet Again
As this unforgettable celebration comes to a close, enjoy one final breakfast and a last look at paradise before returning home. Private transportation to Cancún International Airport will be coordinated according to each guest’s submitted departure flight information
Although the journey may be ending, the memories created throughout Jordan and Zion’s destination wedding will last far beyond the final day. Thank you for celebrating their love story and for making this beautiful chapter even more meaningful

Important Pricing Notice
All listed prices are per person. Double and triple occupancy prices require the stated number of paying guests sharing the room. Child pricing is subject to the resort’s age and room-occupancy rules.

Deposit and Monthly Payment Schedule
Initial Deposit
A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $200 per person is due by August 15, 2026. A reservation is not confirmed until the completed registration form and required deposit have been received and processed.
Monthly Payments
Twelve scheduled monthly payments begin September 15, 2026 and continue through the final payment date of August 1, 2027. The monthly amount is determined by the package and occupancy selected in the pricing tables above.
Guests may make larger payments, submit additional payments between scheduled due dates, or pay the balance in full early without an early-payoff penalty. Any small balance created by payment timing, approved reservation changes, or supplier adjustments must be paid by the final payment deadline.
Payment Methods
Payments may be made through the secure online payment option, by Zelle, or by Cash App after the registration form has been submitted and payment instructions have been provided. Online card payments may include a processing fee. Zelle and Cash App payments do not carry a Donaldson Luxury Travel processing fee.
Important Travel Information
Airport and Airfare
Guests should arrange flights into Cancún International Airport (CUN). Airfare is not included in the wedding package and is not being purchased or managed by Donaldson Luxury Travel for this group. Guests are responsible for purchasing their own flights and reviewing all airline rules, baggage fees, schedule changes, and ticket restrictions.
A separate flight-information link will be released closer to travel. Every traveler must submit accurate arrival and departure details by the announced deadline so private round-trip transfers can be coordinated. Failure to submit flight information on time may result in the guest having to arrange and pay for transportation independently
Monthly Payments
A valid passport is required for international travel. Each guest is solely responsible for confirming that they possess the documents required for entry into Mexico and return to their home country based on their citizenship, residency, and personal circumstances. Donaldson Luxury Travel does not determine visa eligibility or guarantee entry. Guests should verify requirements with the appropriate government authorities well before departure.

Payment Methods
September in the Riviera Maya is typically warm and tropical. Pack lightweight resort clothing, swimwear, sandals, sun protection, comfortable walking shoes, evening attire, wedding attire, and any prescription medications in their original packaging. Tropical weather can change, so guests should also consider a light rain layer and travel protection for weather-related disruptions.
Suggested Dress Guidance
The Welcome Celebration will be resort chic. The wedding ceremony and reception will be formal, with the couple’s final attire guidance provided later. The newlywed pool gathering calls for stylish tropical resort wear, while specialty restaurants may require polished resort-evening attire.
Currency and Personal Expenses
The local currency is the Mexican Peso. Major credit cards are commonly accepted in tourist areas, and U.S. dollars may be accepted at some locations. Guests remain responsible for optional excursions, spa services, gratuities, premium upgrades, personal purchases, baggage charges, airfare, and any other item not specifically listed as included.
Travel Insurance | Strongly Recommended
A destination wedding is a meaningful financial investment, and unexpected events can occur before or during travel. Donaldson Luxury Travel strongly recommends that every guest purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against eligible losses and disruptions.
Depending on the plan selected, travel insurance may provide benefits for covered trip cancellation or interruption, medical emergencies, emergency medical evacuation, baggage loss or delay, travel delays, missed connections, and certain weather-related disruptions. Coverage varies significantly by provider and policy, and no plan covers every circumstance.
For the broadest range of available benefits, guests are encouraged to purchase insurance promptly—preferably within 14 days of making the initial trip deposit—because some policies make certain benefits or pre-existing-condition waivers available only when purchased within a time-sensitive window. All eligibility and coverage decisions are made by the insurer under the terms of the selected policy.
Recommended Insurance Providers
Guests may compare coverage directly through established providers such as Allianz Travel Insurance, Travel Guard by AIG, Seven Corners, and Berkshire Hathaway Travel Protection. These names are provided as options for comparison and are not a guarantee of coverage, claim approval, or suitability. Guests should carefully review policy language, exclusions, limits, and claim procedures before purchasing.
Required Insurance Selection During Registration
Every guest must select one of the following statements on the registration form:
□ I would like Donaldson Luxury Travel to provide travel-insurance options for my review.
□ I will purchase or have already purchased travel insurance independently.
□ I decline travel insurance and accept responsibility for financial losses, medical expenses, transportation costs, delays, cancellations, interruptions, baggage issues, or other unforeseen events that may have been eligible for coverage under a travel-insurance policy.
A guest who declines travel insurance acknowledges that Donaldson Luxury Travel, the couple, the resort, and participating suppliers are not responsible for losses that could have been protected through an appropriate insurance policy. Purchasing insurance does not guarantee that a claim will be approved; claims are evaluated solely by the insurance provider.
DLT Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Travel dates: September 2-7, 2027
Non-refundable deposit: $200 per person
All deposits and retained cancellation amounts are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation penalties are calculated from the scheduled arrival date of September 2, 2027 and apply per person.
October 1, 2026 – March 5, 2027
Twenty percent (20%) of the full package price will be retained and is non-transferable.
March 6 – May 5, 2027
Fifty percent (50%) of the full package price will be retained and is non-transferable.
May 6 – July 4, 2027
Eighty-five percent (85%) of the full package price will be retained and is non-transferable.
July 5 – September 1, 2027
One hundred percent (100%) of the full package price will be retained and is non-transferable.
Cancellations and Reservation Changes
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to info@donaldsonluxurytravel.com and must include the traveler’s full name, the trip name “Jordan & Zion Destination Wedding,” and the travel dates. If acknowledgment is not received within 48 business hours, please call 856-261-3719.
Reservation changes, including name changes, occupancy changes, room changes, date changes, and substitutions, are subject to supplier approval, availability, current pricing, and any applicable change fees. A roommate’s cancellation may cause the remaining guest’s occupancy and package price to change. Airfare purchased independently remains subject to the airline’s separate fare rules and penalties.
Donaldson Luxury Travel is not able to waive supplier penalties. Because the cancellation schedule becomes increasingly restrictive as travel approaches, comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Group Reservation Information
Jordan & Zion are serving as the hosts of this destination wedding. Donaldson Luxury Travel manages the travel arrangements on behalf of the group. If the hosts modify or cancel the group event, every effort will be made to secure comparable arrangements or applicable supplier refunds. However, all refunds remain subject to supplier terms and conditions. Donaldson Luxury Travel cannot guarantee refunds beyond those authorized by the travel suppliers. Individual guest cancellations remain subject to the cancellation schedule above.
